I think I deserve answers.

<p>In 2014, I bought a Polo at VW Menlyn which came with "free insurance" for a year. Fast forward three years, I'm involved in an accident with a different vehicle and it's claim time. I can't VW to provide proof of uninterrupted cover and no one has recorded of my cover. Everyone is pointing fingers at each other and the underwriter has no record of me ever being on their system. </p> <p> </p> <p>What disturbs me the most is that my premium has sky rocketed as a result. It appears to my insurer that I had **** when I took up my policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is completely unacceptable. I think I deserve answers or some conclusive help instead of being sent back and forth to no avail. Who would have paid out the claim had something happened during the period of my "insurance" with VW? </p>
