dispute over car repairs

<p>i had a mechanical breakdown on my car and it was towed to vw menlyn for repaires,they told me the vehicle burnt a clutch and needed a new clutch kit,so they said i should pay R16 442 because the warranty didnt cover for that damage, i was suprised because the vehicle doesnt have morethan 25 000 km on it and i also realised that they changed the millage of the vehicle on the qoute they sent me,it now shows 44 864 km,now i told them not to continue with the repaires and the service advisor told me i have to pay R450 diagnosis fee and i agreed, a day later when i have to pick up the car im told i have to pay R4800 for qoute and strip of the car while i told them not to continue with repaires, now they refusing to give me back my car, please help me</p>
