Disgusting service!!!

VW Menlyn is absolutely pathetic to say the least!!! My Fiance purchased a second hand car from them last year,he drove around with a tempory licence for about a month or so after being pulled over and questioned numerous times he was told that its registered as a ****** vehicle.Long story short a similar vehicle had been ****** and the bank got the Vin number wrong,the SAP ,a member from standard bank and VW came to inspect the car to show as that it was not the ****** vehicle-needless to say that its been a year and after nagging,phone calls and emails up until today the car is still not regisered under the correct name and license number.Tania from VW was the sales consultant but apparently no longer works there (wonder why???) she was only happy to get my fiances signature and after that she did not do as sshe promised and Rosemary the manager does absolutely nothing to assist she just keeps forwarding emails to other consultants to do her work for her ,but they dont!!! I have now gone to VW SA, People im warning you do not purchase a car from VW Menlyn!!!
