Disappointment

I am so disappointed with VW quality ☹ I bought a brand new Polo TSI in January this year, the car is 10 months old but it has broke down about twice now. I had a demo Polo Vivo before that took me about 2 years before i could do any skimming/ replacement of car disk yet with a brand new car it takes me about 10 months to either replace or do skimming on the car disk. 1st it was the coolant pipe that was licking in September then, the car was 7 months now i have to do another repair/ fixing on a disk for a 10 months old car. I brought this up with them it took about 2-3 weeks with me following up in between that period for them to tell me that such issues are with the driver and his or her driving style. I am so disappointed as to a brand new car had so many issues in 10 months yet they refer that as "the driver problem" .
