chasing up my refund

Good Morning,

My name is Kgomotso, i traded my car Polo6 1.6 with VW Melyn on the 22nd of June 2018 and was assisted by Siyanda Mdletshe one of the sales man there. When I took in the car for inspection the car was worth R115000 and I owed MFC 96000. VW Menlyn settled my account and I bought a Polo TSI 1.0 with the dealership but opted to take R18700 back as cash, R400 was used to pour petrol in my new car, till today I am still waiting for my refund. When I called Siyanda to chase up on the refund he advised that Tasha Duvenhage assisted with payment and made a mistake of paying the R18388 in to the MFC account instead of my personal account. I have since been back and forth with MFC and VW Menlyn, every time I call MFC i am advised that they waiting for a letter from the dealership and when I call the dealership Siyanda keeps telling me they have sent the letter. I have since emailed Tasha twice to find out what is going on with my refund and to this day she hasn’t got back to me.
