Bad service

Good day

I took my car for service in February 2019 because I sow the special on facebook. After the service my car started to over heat and Mohale told me is got nothing to do with the service. I need to come and they can check what is the problem. Mohale told me I need to replace the housing, cooling AD, pipe and brake shoe. It will cost R5100 and something. I told her that I will come month end because I dont have enough cash. I went to VW on 2/04/2019 and they told me that they dont have the housing and etc. Quiton was assisting me and I paid for the parts. I paid R4721.90. Quiton said they will contact me once the parts arrive and they will fix the car. Jame called me on Wednesday to let me know that the parts have arrived. Yesterday when I check to find out how far are they with my car. Quiton told me that no one told him about parts.

Time was after 12.00. I called more than 5 time and Quiton was ignoring my calls. I spoke to the manager Andrie and I told him the whole story but Quiton said I said that I will never pay the R4100 and something because Mohale said it will cost R5100 and something. Quiton for getting that he said he will fix my car and he will let me know because Mohale is on leave.

I'm not happy about your service because yesterday I said to Quiton I knock off at 20:00pm and i need to go and fetch my daughter. He didnt care to call me or to pick up my calls. I had to take Uber. Instead I was told that is a big job and it can take more than 5 hours. I'm very sad.
