Poor service at Mastercars Gezina

I bought a 2018 polo tsi a month ago in August 2021,it was not done 80 points check,the passenger window was not working properly,the sun visor was broken,the agent told me he will book the car for repairs,he keeps on postponing me,today I called him and he told me he was doing me a favour by fixing those things it’s my problem now cause I I bought the car,I so regret for buying at Gezina Mastercars,very poor service
