Pathetic service

I bought my Renault Clio blaze 2016 model in January, when I bought the car the sales man AMOS told me that I will get the spare wheel within a month , its been 6 months now and still today my car doesn't have a spare wheel. I'm being told that I should buy the spare wheel and they will refund me back....Very poor service I would never recommend anyone to your garage. Even the service book that I got doesn't have a service history...Pathetic service
