Unfair *********** service

VW Wonderboom branch.

Kindly assist as I booked my car in for service upon collecting was satisfied with the job done. Returned the vehicle the next day was supp**** a Qoute for repairs to be made on the vehicle and was informed that I'll be able to collect on the 7th Sept due to parts required not being available.

Upon enquiry today as I was doing a follow up I was informed that my vehicle will only be going in for diagnosis today yet I was already supp**** with a Qoute which I questioned how it came about

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting for the people handling this matter is unprofessional considering that I am now currently without a vehicle.
