New car delivered with a scrath

I bought a new VW Tiguan 1.4 DSG from this dealership and was delivered with a scratch. The salesperson who me this car is Eve Booi. She has ignored my calls and messages, unlike pre-sales when she contacted me almost every day. The new car sales manager Jonathan has not been useful either as he keeps making promises he never fulfills. I have reported the matter to VW South Africa, and they are yet to contact me. So good people stay away from this branch, their after-sales service sucks
