VW Claremont service totally pathetic

Took my car for a service and a repair at the Claremont branch. Their service is utterly disgusting. I had to constantly follow up and I took my car there for the same issue numerous times. After my car was standing at their workshop for 2 weeks I get my car back only to discover that my two front rims have scratches on it. I am highly annoyed with their overall service
