Digusting service from VW Claremont

I purchased a vehicle in November 2021, upon viewing the vehicle, it had scratches & a damaged end piece of the grill, i noted this to the sales person Tharlow Miller, he assured me it will be sorted by the time i do collection, upon collection i noticed it was not sorted, i then asked him about it, he said his waiting for a new grill to come & once they have it they will then call me to bring the car in to do a brush touch as well as the replacement. it has now been more than 2 months, Tharlow Miller has now retired & nothing has been done, i called to speak to the manager, Lindsay Swarts, he advised that i should come in & he will sort the issue out himself , i went in he sent me to another person to deal with Craig Sevenich, this guy is now saying that there is nothing on file, & i need to give them proof, because they called Tharlow Miller & he is now advising he knows nothing at all, until now nothing has happened, i have the vehicle & now seems they dont give a dam! dont ever buy a vehicle at this dealership, they dont have your best interest at heart they only after the money!
