Bad service delivery

I am truly disappointed and feel ******. I had a leak in my antifreeze and took it to the workshop where I paid over R3000 to replace it with a brand new part. A year later I notice a leak on the same spot and have my mechanic check it out, only to find that nothing was replaced at all. I called and all they could say was "sorry".
