Very POOR service from Master cars polokwane (VW)

I bought a vehicle from the above-mentioned dealership last year September, hardly 2 months after i got it, i had an accidental damage on the car & send it back to them, since i've been struggling to get help or advice from them eg Lawrence Mahapa (useless individual) and Dion (arrogant & stubborn person with no regard to customer service). My insurance requested that i must get a report from them but the onlu answer that i got is: I don't when am i going to be able to send it, when i complained Dion put the phone down in my ear.
