UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Good day I am sitting with a problem here. i need help. i bought a care in January 2020 Polo vivo already there is a sound on the breaks i took to VW Polokwane twice and they don't find anything. this sound started in March as i was approaching the robots i thought it is the other cars as my car is brand new. when i took the car for the second time to be checked since they couldn't find anything, i was told that they will log a call at VW SA, to date i haven't been contacted and the sound is getting worse, yet i am paying the installment everyting month and i don't mind cause i am using the care but the problem is i am not happy at all. I am wondering as i am driving the car what part of the car is affected as the sound is worse. I SOMETIMES REGRET CHANGING DEALERSHIP kindly assist as i am frustrated.
