Seeking intervention

I traded my car with masters VW Polokwane on 16 January 2020..they promised to pay back the instalment of the car that was traded as it has been paid the day before the trade in..and also the amount on the termination of tracker and vehicle maintenance, the instalment was R3000, termination of tracker R1000, vehicle maintenance is R257, up to this date they never pay any of that amount I mentioned instead they take me from pillar to post, they playing duck and dive, the sales person was Wendy *****ya and he referred me to his boss Mr Mahapa, whom I have to explain who I am and the purpose of the call every time I enquire, my matter is always new to his ears. my humble request to you is I'm seeking your intervention in this matter, its been a year now.
