My worst ****EN NIGHTMARE! My kids haven't been going to school an entire week we are on the second weekend of my car being there.

It went in for spark plugs and engine coil which was said to not be in store the time I brought in the car. My insurance paid Thursday around 13:00 made immediate payment and was told parts will be order and should arrive by 12 Friday.

Friday morning I called to check what was the update service advisor @Shaun Loving and he told me the parts should be delivered and car fixed. At 14:00 I called again and was told parts had not arrived yet! The FITS I got?? Asked to speak with manager who wasn't of help either. He instead told me the only thing he can do was to fasten the process for the parts to be delivered on Monday.

I missed out on a funeral that I had came for because the dealership didn't even have a loan cat for me while I wait for them and their delaying tactics. Today in Monday, this guy tells me he's still expecting parts to arrive by 12... guys??? What nonsense and unprofessionalisim is this?

I asked him so what if the parts don't arrive today then what?? And guess what what his answer was . "Then it'll be tomorrow (Tuesday) but unlikely "

They have no sense of urgency on customers that pays for the service, no sense of batho Pele as well. I regret taking my car there. Never ever again!🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮 if it was possible if rate the half a star. Literally-10
