Removal of glue on my car

Had poor service experience after they spill super glue on my car I asked if they can remove it they scratched my car knowing that the glue cannot be easily removed since November 2021 they are taking me up n down after I made quotation for polishing saying they'll pay for it still frustrated with glue scratched car.
