I will never recommend even my worst enemy to VW Westvaal Mafikeng

They took my car in on Saturday morning & yesterday when I followed up I was told they haven't even started up diagnosing my car which is really inconveniencing me & they don't even update me on what is happening,im the 1 who kept on calling & they take forever to answer their phone.i was told I will he updated before the end of business day yesterday but nothing
