Wheel Nuts not Tightened

So, my car was serviced by VW Midrand on 3 August 2022. I collected my car and drove off. The next morning i noticed that was car indicating that a service needs to be done in 7 days. I called VW, the service manager apologized and sent his driver to fetch the car and get the problem rectified. The car gets back, all seems well. Until this morning (15 August 2022), i go into a 7:30 meeting, and our accounts lady hands a wheel stud, and tells me, one of our VW Vehicles is missing a wheel stud, which she picked up this morning before i got in, from the parking lot. After the meeting i checked the vehicles, to realize its actually my car that is missing the stud. VW worked on my car and were the last to open my tyres. What if my tyre came out while driving. Now, i will have to go check each tyre to make sure that all tighten properly. Dont they double check wheel nuts before the vehicle leave. About 5-6 years ago, i had the same problem with the same Branch. A video was taken by their mechanic no action was taken. I suppose once someone is injured or killed, only then they will take action or precautions
