Terrible Service

VW Midrand is A DISSAPOINTMENT. In ocotber 2019 my husbands Scirocco broke down in Heidelberg, our insurance towed it to VW midrand as we arranged with them. VW assured me that cars that come in towed are attended to first before services. This did not happen. I still don't have an invoice emailed me as requested. When phoning in the receptionist takes a message or transfers me to the manager but then the line just gets put down. I need my Invoice and it is my right to have it.
