poor service

I am so disappointed with the service I received from VW Midrand. i have been holding on the line like for a good 15Min. my car was taken for service since last week Thursday my Warranty is trying to call them back to arrange for them to send pictures of the part that need to be changed but we cant even get hold of them on this number ***. this is a poor service at it best. i will never ever take my car to them ever again.
