Incorrect orders and Refund
Ntokozo ordered wrong items twice then promised to refund the last one, correct documents were sent to her for refund,they said we'll get the refund within 3 working days we didn't,I then requested to speak the manager Andrian Daniels who said we'll get the money today after he spoke to their accounts department but we haven't received it till this day.
