VW polo petrol contamination case

I had worse experience with VW Kimberley with my VW 2022 model under warranty. My polo show EPC light last year December 2023 where VW Kimberley said it was software problem and again may 2024 it showed same light and it was taken to VW Kimberley again where I was advised that it was plugs apparently VW warranty doesn't cover due to petrol contamination which I decided to pay and report the case to VW SA. After week the car showed same EPC light for 3rd time where VW Kimberley paid for the plugs for the 3rd time in less than 3 weeks. This means the car spark plugs was changed 3 times in less than 4000km because my car went for 60000 km service with VW Kimberley where spark plugs were changed and now the car is at 65000 km and spark plugs has been changed 3 times. I was told by VW SA that I have put contaminated petrol in the car.I have tried engen, total and shell gas stations in Kimberley with the 2nd EPC light on dash but the problem persist.as we speak now the car is at vw Kimberley for 2nd week since they towed it and I'm told that I must change spark plugs again for the 4th time in less than 5000km and VW SA says I must wait they are still consulting they will comeback to me but she doesn't know when. My polo was bought at vw tzaneen and is still under warranty and to my suprise they are refusing to offer me courtesy car both VW SA and VW kimberley.as we speak my car is sitting at vw Kimberley until when I don't know. Contact person at vw Kimberley is Berry the manager and VW SA is carol.
