VW Kimberley

I bought a used vehicle from Vw Kimberley i20 2020 model with the 30000km on the clock i wanted this car because of the good service plan and maintenance plan only to find out now when i need to take it for service it does not have a service plan. The dealership never even gave me a service book i have chats with the consultant that helped me that he would provide me with 1 and i should not worry about service plan. The consultant no more works there and no one can help me i spoke to service manager and im being sent from pillar to post the vehicle only has 48000km on the clock. I was so excited about my 1st vehicle purchase and worked hard to get it. It is a gift to myself but they have taken this joy from me
