WORST SERVICE EVER

I took my vw vivo in for service and to fix a rattle on my car. The service cost me lot of money but still rattle and car is more heavy on petrol. I spoke to workshop manager but still no call. I will never take my car to vw highlands ever. I will report to consumer council and going to news paper. WORST SERVICE EVER.
