VW Part swapping at VW Hatfield Pretoria branch

I took my brand new polo to vw Hatfield for 15 000km service, where they did service but problem started 2months later where my car was having steering wheel problems, it was shaking uncontrollably causing me to have a safety issues while driving.I booked the car in only to find out that my brake pad were metal on metal, this is at 20 000km, on a BRAND NEW CAR AT 20 000km it is metal on metal. Brake pads can last up to 50000 - 60000 before placement is needed. I expressed my concern that my brake pads were swapped for old ones. They diverted the problem me saying I have bad braking habits. At the service brake pads were okay, now they tell me my break pad are finished on a BRAND new vehicle. I escalated the matter to Volkswagen South africa who also sided with the dealership saying it’s my fault. Mind you I’m driving an old VW Polo classic 2010 model with still brake pads intact, and I replaced brake pads for the old polo before I bought my new car but my new car brake pads are already finished. I have to replace the brake pads and disc/plates on that new polo as it’s already metal on metal, all this is at my own expense. I’m disappointed in VW HATFIELD GROUP Pretoria branch, they swap parts and blame the customer. VW South Africa doesn’t even hear my side, they decide to side with the dealership where we all know part swapping is not a new thing when it comes to these dealerships/workshops. They take your new parts, put them into their cars or sell them outside and swab them for old ones parts. As a old VW customer I’m leaving VW, I’m selling the car and going to another brand.
