Slacking assessors

Took my car here to be checked out for 3 issues

1. Weird high pitched noise. The entire online VW world on every website says it's a water pump.

Hatfield just decided that it could be multiple trackers(of which there is only one) on my car and didn't even bother looking at the water pump.

2. Steering wheel was making a cranking noise when turning. Hatfield guys don't know what is, just told me to go for alignment. Car was aligned a week ago and was still making that noise.

Hence is took it to VW!!

3. Asked them to check my light assist. They didn't even check this and told me they were busy with other cars.
