Not happy/ complaining

M not happy the way their driver are doing to their client, on tuesday 2020-10-06 my husband took my car to their company for service, so the driver who was transporting them dropped everyone on their gate and told my husband that he can't go to his location is far, company isnt allowing them to go to our area,he was complaining so my husband said to him is fine u can drop me here and he dropped him far from home, my husband came home with foot and he nearly got ****** that day, why they are not treating customers same way cos we all paying? If he knew that our area is far he was supposed to drop him next to taxi rank so that he can use taxi to come home than dropping him where he want.
