Great customer service

I would like to appreciate the great service provided by VW Hatfield. I had recently serviced my car my car at an independent mechanic. Due to the work being done, my battery had to be taken out for long. Unfortunately, I could not access my car radio since it was in safe mode - and did not have the security code since I bought the car pre-owned. The branch workshop booked me in on the earliest date and slot available and I was helped in a friendly way (at a fee of course).

I really appreciate the great customer service and the follow up courtesy call.
