Deplorable service from VW Hatfield Pretoria Service Centre

I experienced the worst service from VW Hatfield Pretoria Service Centre. I took my car there for a service on one morning after I had indicated I will need transportation home and back. Out of all the people who were there at 07:30am I was the nearest in terms of distance to drop off. The shuttles took everyone but me, the person staying at the nearest place. It was now almost 12am and I decided to ask them to give me my car only to find out they still had not done anything to that car. I called their manager who was disrespectful and condescending to inform him of this deplorable service and he rudely told me of their disclaimer of persons requesting their own transportation if inconvenienced. I will never use their service Centre again and wish other people treated as badly as me would seek better service centers like VW Menlyn Service Centre. They don’t even deserve one star, absolute trash.
