Bad service

Try to get a service quote from Hafield VW Pretoria is a mission. you would call service department that will in turn transfer you to parts who would then transfer your call to the person the lady called Rose who is supposed to give you the final quote. I have called 4 times asking to be transferred to Rose but there is no response. This new process for quotes is not convenient at all. Please re-look at it.
