I regret taking my car to Northcliff for service
I took my polo TSI for my first service around 3-4 weeks back at Northcliff and everything was still working 100% with no issues however when my car came back the stop and go was no longer working……I took it back it took them half a day to do there testing but nothing I was asked to bring it back in I did however they still did not find anything wrong so they say….last week Wednesday I took the car back however apparently they did not have internet there server was done so my car spend another half day unattended….i understand they couldn’t do anything at the time…..Kyle the mechanic advised me to take the car and will call me back on Thursday to set up another appointment but still this day no call my car STOP and GO still not working…… Kyle has been busy with my car since the day of service but my card stop and go has still not been fixed….. Not happy with the service I received from NORTHCLIFF I regret taking in g my car there….
