Bad garage ever

I bought a car brand new polo TSI at Vw Melrose in August 2021,currently the car has gearbox problems,i took it for inspection in polokwane and they confirmed that indeed the car has gearbox problems, i told the sales person Zola, his boss Jerid and. Lueler about the problem but no one seems to care about it..

They want to strip/open the gearbox on my new car which is only 2 months old,when i asked them to replace the car or gearbox they refused..

How can you strip a brand new car that has a factory fault,their manager was very rude to me when i called yesterday...

This garage is bad and i dont encourage anyone to buy a car from them either used or new..
