My daughter called VW last week Monday and they booked her car for service on Wednesday the 25th around 10 they called to tell her that they need to change somethings on the car that’s the reason why it making that funny noise when she app**** brakes and she said ok you guys can go ahead, around 3pm they called her to come get the car the following day the car still had that noise and then I’m surprised cause the car was diagnosed and then she calls to tell them that the car still has that noise the technician who was helping her said I’ll tell you when I’m in the office this is not acceptable at all
