VW (unsatisfied Customer)

Good day

I received this email from VW Finance making me aware that my monthly instalment are going to increase because of the policy I took with Motorite car service Plan.

And my Car is due for service but the VW service provider when they try to contact Motorite for payment of the service, they were told that I don’t have a Policy with them. So my question is how are they able to deduct money from my account through VW Financial services if I don’t have a Policy with them.

Kindly get back to me ASAP, it’s a matter of emergency and if you can you please provide me with a Policy number( because wheni took this Policy i didnt receive a Policy schedule but monthly installments increased).
