VW Financial Services Self Service Portal unreachable

I have been trying to access https://www.vwfs.co.za/selfService/ for over a month now to view my profile and have been experiencing issues.

I have tried numerous browsers and multiple internet connections with no luck. the support team has not provided me with any feedback either. I cannot be the only person experiencing this issue
