VW Financial Services Poor Customer Call Centre
Spoke with a very rude and unhelpful call centre agent. Mpho Noteme did not help me when I had an emergency due to my vehicle payment and covid relief approval. She lacked any empathy and was argumentative. She should not be customer facing if this is her attitude.
