VW Financial Services - No Clue About What Clients Want

What a useless bunch. The National Credit Regulator ruled that they had overcharged clients and should refund clients. I have asked them 3 times what they were going to do and if they would refund. No communication. However I have recently received 4 mails plus numerous sms from this bunch of clueless people saying my vehicle license disk will expire at the end of October but they can renew it for me. Talk about misplaced service. NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT CLIENTS NEED.
