VW Financial Services - Car license renewal service

Volkswagen Financial Services have offered a car licence renewal service to their clients. I app**** for my car licence renewal via them thinking it will be quicker and more convenient. On their website it states that for Gauteng it will take 5 working days to have the licence delivered. It has been over 3 weeks and I am still waiting!

I have called their call centre, the one time that I managed to actually get through to them, the agent could not give me any helpful information. I then asked for a refund so that I may able to go and apply for the licence myself, to which he said they where unable to do that as the license was being processed. I then sent an email to their helpdesk in which they promised to respond within 24-48hrs. It has been 4 days still no reply!

So here I am, 3 weeks later with no idea when my licence will be delivered. If anyone out there is considering renewing your car licence with them, please don't. You will be better of getting it done by yourself or with another company that offers these services.
