VW Finance reposses the Cars *******ly ,they dont deliver the Summons to Clients and get Court orders in Client's absence, they also dont want to pay my Surplus after they auctioned my car

VW Finance,had my car repossesed when it was close to finish.I had been paying for the car for 5 years ,now that its close to be settled they then repossesed my car.I had their agents come to my House early in the morning,without any warning from VW Finance that they would like to collect the car.

I also was never served any Summons, to appear in court , therefore ,I never showed up in court to defend my case . They then Bul**** me into taking my car , because they had a court order. The continued to sell my car on Auction , on the 11th of July 2024,and there was a Surplus that is supposed to be paid to me ,which was supposed to be paid 6 weeks the Auction sale . To this da y ,that amount has not been paid back to me , the responsible person ,is constantly unavailable to take calls , or she's off sick . My guess is VW Finance wants to take the Surplus money for themselves , claiming all unnecessary expenses . They have taken over R90 000,claiming its for their Auction Fees . I can understand if they only took what I owed , but no Repossesing peoples Cars is a Big business for VW Finance , and they have their partners that will *******ly repossess your car , and make sure that you don't even get Summons to appear in Court , to help defend yourself . This is after I paid them for the past 5 years , just when Im close to settling the car , they then get their Repossesion Lawyers to take the car from me.I was paying monthly , even if I defaulted but I paid them , they could have restructured my debt or gave me an arrangement , which I requested , but they wouldn't care . Im just warning the Public out there to know that VW Vehicle finance ,gives Big Auction Business to their Laywers and they will make sure to rip you off and take the car,also take the Surplus money that is due to Client claiming Auction Fees.
