Volkswagen refuses NATIS document.
I am struggling for more than 2 months now for Wesbank to send me the NATIS document of a vehicle i paid of in 2014 already!! They refuses, but send me e mails to state I must pay money into FNB account first. Then continue to send me wrong information regarding the account I must pay it into. They are stalling and using every tactic to not send me the Natis document for my vehicle and I wonder why?
