Volkswagen financial services ******** their clients forcing them to take care, refusing to release documents

******** who are *****ing money from the poor. Forcing me to take a car for them to give me my documents of my car. I settled the car they don’t want to release my documents making excuses.
Don’t ever finance with those people, they’re are very selfish. I have been asking my documents.
