Volkswagen Financial Services horrible service

I am absolutely appalled by VFS, they have requested my comprehensive cover documents on my vehicle, and I have sent it to them 20 times over, this to the email address they advise it to be sent to, even with read and received proofs, they still saying they never received it and want it re sent. Now I get threats they will not cover my warranties if they don't get proof of cover. You try call, you get shifted from one *********** person to the next - and find yourself back at the starting point. Common VW - this is nonsense, get your act together, you are ruining the fun of buying vehicles from you guys.
