Very poor service

7-14 Days turning into almost a month, if I want to wait that long, after paying R350. After my car was fully paid off I requested the Natis documents from VFS. I received a message that if I pay R350 they will assist and put the car on my name. I paid and sent proof of payment on 29 March 2022. Waited patiently for 12 working days, as they said it will take between 7-14 days. I sent another email just to find out how the process was going just to receive an email back that proof of payment was't received. Again I sent proof of payment just to receive an reply that I will have to wait another 7-14 days. In all I'll have to wait 28 working days, after proof of payment. No kind words, no sorry, just wait. Now I requested for it to be cancelled and a refund just the documents sent, I will do it myself now. Will see how it goes as I'm sure it will be another struggle.
