VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor service. My car was so unfairly repossesed with no summons. The consultant Gerhard is so arrogant and rude. He is so heartless. Does not treat me with respect. I have been trying to make a payment agreement but he is refusing wants the total outstanding amount of R132 000. This is South Africa, even my spouses salary and mine put together will not add up to this. So unhelpful. 0% customer service. Treats us like *********. This entire ordeal has caused us so much of pain. My wife and i are shift workers and are struggling but the have no Mercy. Also caused my wife hypertension and depression. Very bad service stay away from Vw Financial Services.
