Unreasonable amount charged by Volkswagen financial services
I requested settlement letter I am getting ridiculous amount that doesn’t make sense. I checked the statement and I found out that the outstanding balance is R127 099,00 and I then paid R7000 for 01/11/2021 on 21/10/2021. And I was having advanced payment of R1238,74. And that R7000 is also contributing towards advanced payment. I was so frustrated and disappointed when I asked settlement letter and VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICES gave me R126 870.91. Yet am charged interest of about R1500+ each month.
