Terrible customer service

I bought my Polo Vivo last year. Towards the end of the year, Volkswagen Financial Services phoned me to arrange tyre and rim cover. They didn't explain this to me at the time, but the tyre and rim cover was taken out through Hollard-Wesbank. (That is what my statement says anyway). I've been paying towards this tyre and rim cover every single month but neither Volkswagen, Hollard or Wesbank are helpful in assisting me to claim. I have been calling for over 2 months. They give me the run around, each company telling me to get into contact with someone else. According to Volkswagen, they are a 3rd party and cannot assist me. This is so frustrating. I need this matter resolved.
