*****ing is a crime

Thank you VWFS for deducting an installment off my bank account for a car that was settled almost a month ago. That is a lot of money to basically ***** from me. Upon wasting my airtime to phone about the issue, i was told that the previous lady who refunded me neglected to close the account. Your mistake has left a sour taste in my mouth.
