Shortfall

My vehicle financed with Volkswagen Financial Services was written-off, the insurer settled according to the retail value of the vehicle and there was a short-fall due to Volkswagen Financial Services, I provided Volkswagen Financial Services with necessary documentation to log a claim with M-Sure to recover the short-fall. its been a week and there's no claim logged with M-sure, Soon my account will be debited again and I'm stuck without a car as I have to resolve the short-fall issue before purchasing another vehicle.
